v0.23 - Small update & changes.

Hey guys.

v0.23 is out now today. It brings forth the following changes:

- [Admin]: Fixed a few website errors.

- Updated items.otb and items.xml to support 10.21 (in other words, all missing items now have values, etc.)

- Added a "Museum Curator" to take care of the otherwise abandoned Museum in Snowy Pass. Pay him a visit and ask him about items!

- Added a mount NPC who sells mounts for cash.

- Finished mapping the genji/hero area expansion. Added assassins to the spawn.

- Added a small NPC underneath Snowy Pass temple who sells very basic equipment in case you die on a new character leveling up in the sewers.

- Created two new bosses (Ifrit, Flamehead) and two new boss raids respectively.

- A note about Flamehead: His attack frequency is *not* a bug. He's meant to be annoying.

- Created a new small map quest and added lore in-game.

- Yet again nerfed Dark Magicians/Dark Apprentices - their frequency of casting spells and turning invisible was reverted with the last protocol update.

- Mapped a small hidden fire devil spawn.

- Fixed A LOT of obscure map bugs and tile errors.

- Changed the loot & stats on: Assassin, fire devil.

- Changed stats on: Thunder hammer, eternal flames, phoenix shield, dragon claw, assassin dagger, bandana, great axe, bunnyslippers, blue robe, sniper gloves, epee, blue legs, gold ring, rainbow shield, horn, slug drug.

- On the note specifically of assassin dagger: I changed it to be an equivilent of assassin stars for a knight. It has 200 (subject to change) attack, 0 defense and is -40 defense. The idea behind it was as long as you have it equipped waiting to attack something, your shield will (probably) be rendered useless.
